Form privacy policy

If you contact us using the "Contact Us" form on this website, we collect the information you give us — such as your name, email address and your message — so we can reply to you. We do this because dealing with enquiries to the University is a legitimate interest of ours under data protection law.

Staff who manage the website you contacted can see your message. They may also email it to a colleague to help deal with your enquiry. If they do, that copy is then covered by the University's normal email rules, which may keep it for longer or shorter than the period below.

We keep your message on our website system for up to 6 months from the date you sent it. After that, it's permanently deleted.

Your information is stored on servers located in the Netherlands, hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure within the European Economic Area.
